WHAT'S THE JOB?
Based in a world‑class Dexterra camp facility, the Guest Service Administrator plays a critical role in both guest experience and site administration. This position goes beyond check‑in and check‑out and serves as a key support function to site operations through accurate guest data management, occupancy tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
You will act as an ambassador for the site, providing outstanding customer service to guests while ensuring administrative accuracy related to guest names, dates of stay, room allocations, and occupancy levels. You will work closely with the Site Managers and operational teams to ensure guest information supports planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Completion of post‑secondary education in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of logistics, or hotel guest services and/or administrative experience
Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience, which can include (but not limited to):
Receiving reports
Work orders
Payroll data entry
Invoicing and billing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate guest and occupancy records
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Experience with Property Management Systems or hospitality software is considered an asset
Strong customer service skills with a professional, organized, and responsive approach
