The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Guest Relations Attendant to join the Ho''olei Villas Team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world''s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Casual

  • Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

  • Pay Rate: The hourly rate is $26.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

This position will require a Motor Vehicle Report and Drug Testing upon being offered due to driving the shuttle from the main lobby at Grand Wailea to the Ho''olei Villas.

  • Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
  • Prepare group documentation: Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
