We’re seeking an Administrative Associate to join our team in Pigeon Forge, TN. This role supports multiple functions, including Front Desk, Tour Reception, and Gifting, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Position Details
Pay: $17 per hour
Location: Onsite - Pigeon Forge, TN
Schedule: Daytime hours with weekend and most holiday availability required

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
- Assist with payments, reservations, and itinerary planning for local attractions
- Provide area information, directions, and show details
- Coordinate with vendors for entertainment, dining, and lodging
- Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows and restaurants
- Communicate updates to Sales Managers and Admin Leads
- Maintain accurate daily reports and tour profiles
- Keep the lobby clean and stocked with materials
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Other duties as assigned
