Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Guest Greeter / Concierge to welcome guests at a large short-term rental property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, meeting new people, and creating a great first impression.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Give a brief tour of the home and explain key features (locks, appliances, amenities, etc.)
  • Answer guest questions and ensure they feel comfortable in the space
  • Coordinate arrival times and communicate clearly with guests prior to check-in
  • Report any issues or concerns with the property after guest arrival
  • Ensure the property is guest-ready before check-ins (light checks as needed)
Qualifications:


  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain instructions clearly and confidently
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
