Job description:


Jumptwist Ninja is hiring multiple Guest Experience / Front Desk team members to join our fast-paced, family-friendly gym. We need dependable, positive, and customer-focused people who can work weekday evenings and weekends. You’ll be the first impression of our gym: greeting families, supporting coaches, and keeping operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities


  • Welcome and assist members and new guests with a friendly attitude
  • Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication
  • Keep the front desk, bathrooms and spectator area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Provide 5 star customer service at all times
  • Be reliable, punctual, and flexible for shift coverage and events
Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email, and text)
  • Must love working with kids and families
  • Dependable, respectful, and drama-free team player
  • Positive personality with a professional, clean appearance
  • Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
  • Must pass a background check
