Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Solution Architect for their Pleasanton, CA/ San Francisco, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current P2M landscape and Vendor capability to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc.
Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align P2M investments with business outcomes.
Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms.
Advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases including predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, and content automation.
Partner with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions.
Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for P2M investments and platform consolidations.
Produce clear documentation — architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, and recommendations — aligned to team standards.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in P2M and Supply Chain architecture.
Hands-On Experience Across:
Integrated Planning concepts like Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc
Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing — personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence.
Retail, CPG, or DTC brand experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agentic AI or LLM applications in P2M automation or Employees engagement.
Exposure to composable P2M and MACH architecture principles.
Core Competencies
