Oversee all GSE maintenance operations, including de-ice trucks, provide expert troubleshooting, and lead the fleet maintenance program. Ensure equipment reliability, mentor technicians at all levels, and drive improvements in fleet performance.

Responsibilities


+ Supervise all GSE maintenance (diesel, gasoline, de-ice trucks, and specialty vehicles).

+ Lead complex repairs, engine overhauls, and system troubleshooting.

+ Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and procurement.

+ Provide expert technical guidance to the team.

+ Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and operational procedures.

+ Analyze maintenance data to improve preventive programs and fleet reliability.

+ Mentor and develop technicians at all levels.

+ Respond to emergency repairs and implement reliability initiatives.


Qualifications


+ 5+ years of mechanical, automotive, or GSE/fleet maintenance experience OR strong combination of mechanical aptitude and leadership.

+ Proven leadership, mentoring, or project management experience.

+ Expert skills in engines, hydraulics, electrical, and automotive systems.

+ Experience managing diverse aviation fleets.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.

+ Valid driver's license required.
