ARC Group is partnering with a fast-growing Tax Resolution company based in Jacksonville, FL. Our client helps individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues and is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to generate high-quality leads and drive strategic marketing campaigns.

Position Overview:

The Growth Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates working Eastern Standard Time hours. The ideal candidate has experience in Tax Resolution, Debt Resolution, CPA/Accounting, legal, or collections industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display advertising).
• Create and improve landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to maximize lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPL, MQLs, ROI) and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate on content and lead nurturing initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Stay current on marketing trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Tax Resolution, Debt Resolution, CPA/Accounting firms, legal services, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for lead generation success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience running successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with a team virtually.
