OUR VISION & MISSION Founded in 2003 through the merger of two Indiana tech associations, TechPoint is the nonprofit, industry-led growth initiative driving Indiana’s digital economy and broader tech ecosystem. Since 2006, it has operated under the umbrella of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), functioning as the strategic hub that connects public, private, academic, and philanthropic partners. Today TechPoint is striving to make Indiana a leader in digital adoption.
