The Lox Groups Coordinator/Discipleship Admin (LGC) holds the responsibility for the execution of the Groups strategy at the Loxahatchee campus. This includes launching new groups, coordinating various types of groups across the Discipleship pathway, and maintaining current groups. The LGC serves as the main liaison to all small group leaders for training, mentoring, problem solving, curriculum ordering, scheduling, and other tasks as they arise. The LGC maintains a presence at all services on Sunday mornings to answer questions about groups and make connections with people who may not yet be connected. As the Discipleship Admin, this position will assist the multi-campus Discipleship ministry with administrative tasks and support as needed. This is a full-time role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Modeling Biblical Priorities: Responsible for upholding Biblical priorities and core values of Community of Hope. The LGC should represent a growing personal relationship with Christ. The LGC models a strong relationship with his or her spouse (if married) and children (if applicable). The LGC strives to fulfill his or her purpose in life and ministry while demonstrating integrity in words, relationships and actions.
2. Regularly check in with all SGLs: Create a system and schedule that enables the LGC to regularly connect with all SGLs, with more frequent touchpoints for new SGLs. Develop coaches who can help fulfill this role in order to support multiplication and leader care. Maintain a presence at Sunday services to connect with current SGLs, prospective leaders, and individuals interested in joining a group.
3. Maintain Small Group Dashboard and Discipleship Pathway Metrics: With guidance from SLT and Associate Pastor of Discipleship, create and manage a small groups metrics dashboard and implement a semester-based small groups system. Serve as the point person for collecting small group metrics from other campuses as well.
4. Small Group Leader Trainings & Development: Plan and execute at least two small group leader trainings each year. Through regular conversations with small group leaders, identify areas of need, confusion, or growth opportunities that should be addressed. Host additional gatherings throughout the year for encouragement, connection, and development
5. Execute strategy of the Discipleship Pathway: Help facilitate and build teams around Alpha, Freedom, Men’s & Women’s Ministries, and other essential elements of the Discipleship Pathway all in alignment with the broader mission of the church and executed with excellence and enthusiasm.
6. Manage administrative details of groups: Book all rooms in CCB and track and order all required curriculum materials (final curriculum approval rests with the Associate Pastor of Discipleship). Serve as the liaison between the Lox campus facilities team and group leaders. Follow up with groups around holidays and other schedule changes that may impact meetings. Conduct regular walkthroughs of small group meeting spaces to ensure they are being cared for and cleaned properly.
7. Facilitate other Discipleship processes: Oversee registration and preparation for Connections classes, Group Connect seasons, Baptism process, CCB Database upkeep, and other administrative tasks necessary to support the goals of the Discipleship Ministry.
