Quest, Inc. is seeking a Group Home Medical Coordinator to support individuals with developmental disabilities living in our residential group homes. This role serves as a vital link between healthcare providers, pharmacies, residential teams, and the individuals we serve, ensuring that medical needs are coordinated effectively and accurately. This position will work onsite, primarily supporting 2-3 group homes and about 26 individuals while partnering closely with residential staff and healthcare providers.

This position reports to the Group Home Medical Case Manager and is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
