About the Role:
Join Faithful Friends Family Services as a Group Home House Manager/Supervisor in Petersburg, VA! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dedicated team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Supervise staff and provide training to promote best practices in care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Coordinate activities and programs that enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of resident progress.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
- Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication and teamwork.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a group home or similar setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
