DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF WORK: Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance & Operations, be responsible for the care and upkeep of lawns, shrubs, trees, plants, flowers, weeds, walkways, and driveways, assuring locations are clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly. Performs routine custodial tasks, as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; Possess or obtain upon employment, a valid California Driver s License; Provide proof of automobile insurability; Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively, including lifting fifty (50) pounds on an occasional basis and in excess of fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
