Integra Staffing is hiring a Groundskeeper / Porter (Apartment Community). This role focused on keeping the community clean, safe, and curb-appeal ready. The Groundskeeper/Porter supports the maintenance team with trash removal, common area cleaning, light exterior upkeep, and turn support as needed. This is a great fit for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
Maintain community curb appeal by cleaning and policing grounds daily
Pick up trash/debris around the property, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas
Empty trash receptacles in common areas and keep dumpster areas clean and organized
Clean and maintain common areas (clubhouse, laundry rooms, hallways/breezeways, stairwells)
Assist with move-out/make-ready support (trash-outs, light cleaning, helping prep units)
Help with light maintenance support as directed (changing light bulbs, simple tasks, delivering supplies)
Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, sweeping, pressure washing support, and basic landscaping help (as assigned)
Follow safety procedures and report hazards, damages, or suspicious activity to management/maintenance
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
Ability to perform physical work outdoors (walking, lifting, bending, working in heat/cold)
Reliable attendance and strong time management
Comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment (brooms, blowers, carts, etc.)
Must have two forms of ID for employment eligibility
Dress code: khaki pants or blue jeans + clean solid-color shirt
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Prior experience as a groundskeeper, porter, janitor, or maintenance helper in apartments or commercial properties
Basic knowledge of pressure washing, light landscaping, or trash-out/turn support
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required by the property)
