A Bit About the Role Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained. General grounds and pool maintenance, Landscape-planting and weeding, Trash pickup and removal, Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs. Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
Work Schedule M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required. Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid drivers license required. Ability to consistently display a positive attitude. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors.
