Groundskeeper - Golf & Grounds

Job Summary: Our company is seeking a Groundskeeper to work on golf and grounds maintenance functions. As a Groundskeeper, you will be part of a larger team responsible for landscaping and grounds maintenance. The position is physically demanding and requires someone with a desire to pursue a career in horticulture services.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a larger team on landscape and grounds maintenance functions.
• Operate various landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ensure positive guest service is provided at all times.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in landscaping or yard work required.
• Knowledge of horticulture practices preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Possess a willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
