Position Title: Grounds Worker   Department: Physical Plant   Immediate Supervisor's Title:  Grounds Supervisor   Positions Supervised: None   Term of Position: 12 Months Full-time Non-exempt   Position Description:(primary functions)   Performs all duties and completes necessary actions for the maintenance and upkeep of the campus Minimum Requirements:   High School Diploma or High School Equivalent, must have prior experience in grounds services.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Ensure SAFETY FIRST for your area of responsibility Perform daily campus -wide cleanup duties in addition to cleaning roads, curbs, parking areas, drainage traps, and side walks Grass mowing, edging, trimming, and flower beds maintenance Collecting leaves and sticks after weather events Maintaining assigned equipment Attend and participate in all divisional meetings        Works with other departments as assigned in a positive and cooperative manner Performed other duties requested by the Grounds Supervisor
