Job Description
To maintain Northland Community and Technical College's 114 Acres of maintained grounds, 5,280 linear feet of roads, 640,197 square feet of parking surface, 57,388 square feet of sidewalks, irrigation systems, landscaping, athletic fields and the overall outside appearance of the facilities. Responsibilities include developing plans for parking lot construction and repair projects, as well as major landscape plans. This employee provides lead work for the semi-skilled employees involved in the care of the grounds, roads, parking lots and landscaping of the property. Administrative supervision is of a non-technical nature affording the employee wide latitude for independent action in carrying out the specifics of the position.
