Marshall Public Schools is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual (age 18 or older) to join our grounds team for seasonal mowing and trimming. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our school properties.
Qualified applicants should be comfortable operating commercial-grade lawn equipment, including zero-turn mowers, and be able to work outdoors in varying summer conditions. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate attention to detail, and follow safety procedures at all times.
In addition to mowing and trimming, this role may include a variety of groundskeeping tasks based on daily needs and workflow. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
