Seeking an entry-level Grounds Worker for a dedicated facilities management company serving educational institutions. Responsibilities include general grounds work such as mowing, snow removal, pruning, and maintaining athletic fields. Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons, lift 50# regularly, and operate equipment like mowers, snow removal tools, and learn to operate Bobcat or forklift. The role requires dependable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to handle weather-related after-hours events. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, and disability coverage. This full-time, first-shift position reports to the Grounds Manager and offers optional daily pay. Additional duties include equipment maintenance and supporting various grounds care programs.
