Backed by a strong pipeline of projects and billions in completed development volume, they offer long-term career growth, stability, and the opportunity to work on high-profile residential developments.Job DescriptionSupport the Senior Superintendent in the day-to-day management of a large-scale, ground-up multifamily construction project.Take ownership of assigned scopes and manage them independently through completion.Oversee field operations for key project phases including concrete, wood framing, MEP systems, drywall, finishes, and turnover.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to maintain schedule and quality standards.Monitor project safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.Track progress and proactively identify issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings.Utilize Procore and MS Project to manage documentation, reporting, and project schedules.Assist in maintaining site logistics, quality control, and construction sequencing.Collaborate closely with project management and field leadership teams to deliver successful projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
