Description

Job DescriptionManage multiple ground-up self-storage construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate field operations and work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Travel to active job sites across the East and West Coast approximately 2-3 days per week. Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Resolve field issues, monitor project progress, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and schedules. Review project documentation, schedules, drawings, and construction plans while utilizing software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
