A Ground Transportation Agent (Baggage Handler) works at an airport facility/rental car facility and assists passengers on the shuttle bus with their luggage.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading luggage racks on shuttle buses, ensuring the proper stowage for travel. Queuing and directing passengers in lines while waiting for the next bus. Answering questions or concerns about the airport or rental car facility. Collecting luggage carts at rental car facility for customer use. Providing the greatest customer service ever.
This is a physically demanding position which requires you to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
