Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $17.00/hr
• The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Please note, compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Job Duties

As a Pet Groomer, you will:

• Schedule appointments for grooming

• Ensure wellness and safety of pets

• Groom pets

• Cut/style pets per owners' instructions and/or breed standards

• Bathing, drying, and brushing

• Ear cleaning

• Nail trimming

• Perform routine cleaning of salon

• Perform Retail Cashier duties

• May provide guidance to Assistant Groomer to ensure duties are performed safely and up to standards

• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures

• Keep work area neat and orderly

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Great communication skills

• 1-2 years prior pet grooming experience

• Prior retail experience preferred

• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend

• Able to pass a background check
