This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of store performance, inspire a hardworking crew, and keep our shelves stocked and customers happy. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all evening store operations, including closing procedures and end-of-day reporting
• Supervise, coach, and motivate evening shift associates to ensure productivity and excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain proper stocking, rotation, and presentation of merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and store security standards
• Manage cash handling, register closeouts, and daily sales reconciliation
• Coordinate with department leads to ensure smooth shift transitions and adequate staffing coverage

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail or grocery management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude
• Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day closing procedures
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and grocery merchandising best practices
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
