About the Role: Head Clerks foster a welcoming store environment, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with company policies. They engage with customers courteously, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and perform managerial duties like inventory management, product displays, unloading trucks, and backroom operations. Additionally, they assist with office tasks and enforce safety and service standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma, retail or grocery experience, strong customer service skills, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $28.20/hr plus benefits.
Ideal candidates are friendly, proactive, inquisitive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
