What You'll Do:
Stock retail shelves with products accurately and safely as directed by the Department Manager
Ensure all items are front-facing, neatly arranged, and rotated to maintain freshness
Monitor inventory and shelf life according to store policies and procedures
Assist customers with locating items and provide courteous, helpful service
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain organized, well-stocked shelves
Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
What We're Looking For:
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous grocery store experience is a plus
Ability to lift boxes over 30 pounds and perform repetitive movements
Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and using ladders safely
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of store product locations
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English

Working Conditions:
