This position reports to the Grocery Manager with a starting pay of $17.00/hr.
It involves stocking merchandise, preparing displays, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while delivering customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with finding items, returning stray products, rotating stock, pulling and bailing boxes, and providing cashiering support.
It requires standing long hours, lifting up to 60 pounds, pushing/pulling heavy loads, and following safety procedures.
The role demands multitasking, good communication, teamwork, and experience working with the public.
Knowledge of product locations and produce codes is preferred.
The environment is fast-paced, with indoor air conditioning and exposure to outside conditions and chill temperatures.
Applicants must be at least 18 to operate machinery and ring up customers.
