We are currently seeking a dependable Grinding Operator to join a manufacturing team in Winston-Salem. Manufacturing rubber valve seals used across a variety of industries, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate grinding machinery to process rubber tubes
- Prepare materials for the lathe cutting process
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
