Greeter/Receptionist

The position of Greeter/Receptionist is a part time position that may have the opportunity to advance to full time.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

• To greet and welcome all incoming customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner and to direct them to the appropriate personnel or department assuring that they are given a warm and friendly first impression of the dealership.  
• To answer all incoming phone calls in the same manner and log various department calls.  
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Maintain the customer lounge and snack/beverage areas ensuring they are clean, organized and fully stocked.
