Greeter - Full time, Part Time, & Seasonal

Do you have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is actively seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our crew as Greeters.

Whether you are looking for seasonal, part-time, or full-time employment, we invite you to apply. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Hours: As a dinner show most shifts are in the afternoon - evening.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer guest questions about the show and venue.
• Offer beverages and snacks while maintaining our high standards of guest service.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and fellow crew members.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist other departments as requested by management.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
