This full-time role requires a high-energy individual who can identify automotive issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, interpreting their needs, consulting with mechanics, selling additional services, managing service expectations, updating customers on repairs, and reconciling invoices.
