Overview

Graphic Production Sr Specialist

The Graphic Production Sr Specialist will support the Creative Packaging Dept. in the creation and maintenance of the production files for all PB package codes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Builds and Maintains production files
  • Builds and Maintains all Barcodes
  • Performs QA quality checks of each production file
  • Executes Packaging Routings to capture approvals prior to releases
  • Releases production files to Packaging Sourcing to send to Global Suppliers for order-ability
  • Owns Packaging Records for all active and archived codes
  • Owns Variable Copy Masters for all divisions
  • Owns the Chemical Disclosures Mandated Copy Masters
  • Owns 3rd Party Logo and Copy Usage Masters
  • Owns PB Packaging & Labeling Logo and P&L Pages process with Traffic
  • Owns the Production Template format
  • Owns the Icon Master
  • Owns the Packaging Illustration Master

  • Internal Teams - Traffic, Creative, Engineering, Sourcing
  • Internal Executive Leadership - Creative Packaging Director
  • External - JCPenney CBSOs, Global Packaging Suppliers, Marketing, IT
