Summary:
The Products & Industries Creative team is seeking a talented and thought-provoking individual to join as a Sr. Designer. The role involves defining and solving complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of digital and print experience, excellent design craft, and impressive conceptual abilities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns.
  • Design webpages and presentations.
  • Create immersive experiences for world-class events, including Dreamforce.
  • Manage multiple projects for various clients and work closely with project management to meet deadlines.
  • Promote collaboration between clients and the creative department, and develop well-thought-out presentations.
  • Direct external partners and provide clear creative direction and feedback.
 
Qualifications:
  • Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
  • Familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
  • 3-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $47.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
