The Graphic Designer creates and manages visual content across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing and communication initiatives. This role collaborates with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand designs for various media.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a BFA in Graphic Design or a related field
- Has 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), WordPress, PowerPoint, and Premiere Pro
- Demonstrates strong layout, typography, and digital publishing skills
- Has familiarity with user-interface design and interactive media
- Manages multiple projects effectively with strong time management skills
- Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative environment
- (Preferred) Has a portfolio showcasing strong digital design work
What you'll do:- Update and manage digital content across the website, intranet, and social media
- Design and manage digital signage content for internal and external audiences
- Support content creation through light editing, captioning, and video production
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to design social media assets, email banners, and signage
- Prepare art files for production and ensure design accuracy
- Develop creative concepts with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather content and visual assets
