This is a part-time, year-round position Monday through Friday located in Bow, NH.
Compensation: $20/hour
Position Information:
The Graphic Designer supports the Sales and Marketing departments by conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality signage and marketing materials. This role involves operating and maintaining design software and printing equipment while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of signage requests.
Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:
- Design, production, and delivery of paper, vinyl, and adhesive fabric signage and marketing collateral.
- Finishing processes such as hand and small stack cutter cutting, adhesive mounting to coroplastics and grommeting of signage.
- Efficient and timely distribution of signage to the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling signage and marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator & Beta programs).
- Responsible for digital asset management, including reviewing multiple online image catalogs downloading, and organizing files in appropriate directories and purging expired files.
- Operate and maintain HP wide-format printers and related equipment.
- Communicate with external vendors and suppliers as needed for printing materials, special projects, or outsourcing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill design and branding needs.
- Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Complete other duties and special assignments as directed by management.
- Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and production techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital print production, signage materials, and finishing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 2-3 years of experience in design and production preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office and warehouse environments.
- Must be capable of lifting paper rolls on a regular basis.
- Business casual attire required.
