Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Support professional to join a growing, fast-paced team. This role blends design execution with hands-on marketing support, playing a key part in catalog production, packaging design, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings both technical design expertise and creative vision, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and support seasonal product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Design and prepare materials for industry markets, including signage and product tagging
• Support e-blasts, print advertising, website content, social media, and catalog production
• Serve as lead designer for product packaging initiatives
• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director to ensure brand consistency and design accuracy
• Review and refine layouts, typography, and visual elements
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
• Ensure all files meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Manage digital assets, including file naming, sizing, and photography archives
• Perform image editing, including lifestyle imagery, product silos, and retouching
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain organized project files and archives
Marketing Support
• Track and manage product samples for photography, including silo and editorial shoots
• Assist with catalog setup, product merchandising, and spread preparation
• Ensure accurate labeling and product information for catalog and digital use
• Partner with marketing team to review and upload photography assets
• Create Pinterest pins, including images, SEO optimization, and linking
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production art, or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of print production, digital design, and pre-press processes
• Experience managing catalog production from concept through final print
• Knowledge of color correction and production file preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
• Background in wholesale, retail, or product-based industries
• Experience supporting seasonal or high-volume product cycles
