Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in designing visually engaging, user-friendly, and accessible websites and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to create compelling digital experiences that align with branding objectives, usability standards, and accessibility requirements. The candidate should possess expertise in responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Web Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate branding and visual communication requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites and web-based applications.
• Develop and maintain the visual design layer for information-rich web platforms and enterprise applications.
• Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Ensure all designs meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences.
• Create designs that function consistently across multiple browsers, operating systems, and device types.
• Design intuitive backend administrative interfaces and dashboards for internal users.
• Conduct usability analysis, user testing, and design reviews to improve user experience and application performance.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, style guides, and visual assets to support application development.
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Apply industry best practices for usability, accessibility, branding, and visual communication.
• Participate in design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and project planning sessions.

Required Skills:

• Working collaboratively with UI Designers and Web Developers to realize stakeholder branding and visual communication requirements into highly performative websites or web-based applications.
• Creating the visual design layer for information rich websites or web-based applications.
• Designing with accessibility considerations, meeting or exceeding the WCAG 2.2, AA level required for this project.
• Designing for mobile devices and tablets.
• Designing for different platforms and browsers.
• Designing backend administrative interfaces.
• Analyzing and testing usability of websites or web-based applications to meet performance and accessibility standards.
