Location: Fully Remote, must meet PST core hours


Duration: Contract - 2 months, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Job Description


We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team focused on front-end applications and preparation for CRM product expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in presentation design, visual communication, and SharePoint design and a proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals and polished executive-ready content.


Top Must have Hard skills:


Minimum 2-4 years experience with Powerpoint.


Minimum 2-4 years experience with Visio.


Minimum 2-4 years experience with Adobe Publishing and graphics software


* Customer PPT deck design and polish


* Organizational communications


* Visuals and diagrams


* Decks for all-hands or leadership sessions


Responsibilities:



* Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication requirements.

* Design, refine, and polish customer-facing PowerPoint pitch decks and leadership or all-hands presentations.

* Develop visuals, diagrams, charts, and graphs from provided data.

* Create organizational communications and supporting assets aligned to brand standards.

* Design and update SharePoint pages with clear information architecture and consistent visual language.

* Develop overall layout and production design for publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design.

* Prepare sketches, wireframes, and layouts for stakeholder review and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.

* Ability to create charts, graphs, and data visualizations with accuracy and clarity.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-focused problem solving.

* Experience producing layouts and new imagery using digital tools.

* Fundamental understanding of 2D/3D visualization and design aesthetics.

* Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:



* Experience with SharePoint site design and content layout.

* Background supporting front-end or marketing teams with executive communications.
