    Summary

    The Graphic Account Manager is responsible for managing all customer graphic needs to be represented as exhibits, tradeshows, corporate events, and public events via visual media. You will work directly with Growth, Delivery, Design, and clients on all graphic needs to ensure execution is correct.

    This position will support our Graphic Account Management group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible towork a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidatewill be based out of any of the following locations:

    • Dallas, TX
    • Chicago, IL
    • Anaheim, CA
    • Las Vegas, NV
    • Orlando, FL
    • Atlanta, GA
    • New Orleans, LA
    • Nashville, TN
    • Alexandria, VA

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Works with client to gather all graphic requirements
    • Delivers all graphic requirements to Design and Delivery departments
    • Works with the producing branches on graphic production for event
    • Establish graphic requirement deadlines for optimum production lead time
    • Creates designs, layout artwork, samples and/or finished layouts for the client
    • Work with clients to approve final layout, design, and placement
    • Provides print-ready files for output to Delivery once client has approved
    • Ensures job quality through entire production
    • Creates and manages manifest for production tracking on all graphics

    Education & Experience

    REQUIRED:

    • Associate's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
    • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
    • Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Multi-task requirements for multiple customers at a time
    • Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
    • Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

    PREFFERED:

    • Understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production
    • Understanding of graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specific applications

    Travel Requirements

    Travel up to 25%
