Rutgers School of Nursing (SON) generates over $50 million in annual research and contract funding. The Office of Research assists faculty to secure and responsibly manage external funding by providing technical and high-level administrative support and takes the lead in pre-award compliance with sponsor and university regulations, guidance, and policies. In the process, we coordinate with many other units, including the university-wide Office of Research and Sponsored Projects, the central Division of Grants and Contracts, and the SON finance and human resources offices.
Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Grants Operations Specialist for the School of Nursing. The Grants Operations Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students engaged in the preparation and submission of grant proposals on the pre-award side. Reporting directly to the Director of Grants and Sponsored Research, this role provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure proposals meet sponsor requirements and adhere to Rutgers' internal policies and approval processes.

Immunization Requirements
