A mission-driven organization is seeking a Grants Analyst to support grant-funded programs through data analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and financial tracking. This role will work closely with finance, program, and leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective grant administration, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working with government-funded, public health, behavioral health, or community-based programs.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track grant-funded program performance, expenditures, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, funding agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze programmatic and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
  • Assist with grant budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement requests, and contract reporting requirements.
  • Support audits, monitoring reviews, and funding agency requests.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and program teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Support special projects related to grants management, program evaluation, and organizational reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in grants administration, grants analysis, program analysis, or a related role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with government-funded programs, grants, or contracts.
  • Background in harm reduction or SAPC grants preferred.
