Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will oversee accounting processes to ensures compliance with the last approved Finance Procedures. You will report to the Accounting Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will oversee the work of accountants in the maintenance and preparation of accounting ledgers, journal entries, invoices, and financial statements.
Review account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Oversee the daily monitoring of individual development goals set out for employees.
Manage scheduling and leave request.
You will evaluate reports.
Recommend improvements to training, controls and departments procedures.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Bachelor''s degree in accounting or finance or 4 years related experience. Have a knowledge of GAAP, federal regulations, and organization''s procedures as they relate to financial statements Proficient in Microsoft Office 3+ years of experience in supervisory role or completed management training Basic data entry skills Four years of accounting experience1.
