We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider, registered and licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant, to join our mobile medical unit on a full-time basis year-round. The provider is expected to deliver harm reduction services, wound care, and comprehensive medical and mental health care to unhoused and transitional living populations as part of an interprofessional team. In this role, the provider will work collaboratively with healthcare faculty, students, and community partners to help address the diverse healthcare needs of underserved populations and help connect them with needed resources. Experience treating and working with patients who actively have or have a history of substance use disorder and/or experience working with underserved populations is preferred.
