Job Title: Grain & Agronomy Operator
Location: Funk, NE
Pay: $19.26/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM + weekends as needed (overtime during harvest)

We re hiring a dependable Grain & Agronomy Operator in Funk, NE. This is a great opportunity to join a strong agricultural team where you ll work outdoors, stay active and gain valuable skills through on-the-job training. No prior experience or GED/Diploma is required.
What You ll Be Doing
In this role, you ll support daily operations at a grain and agronomy facility, including:
Loading and unloading grain commodities
Blending and loading dry or liquid fertilizer and agricultural chemicals
Performing light maintenance and general housekeeping/cleaning of grain elevators
Assisting with railcar loading at select facilities
Operating heavy equipment when certified and needed
Supporting harvest operations including significant overtime during peak seasons
What We re Looking For
No experience required training provided
No GED or diploma required
Mechanical aptitude and/or agricultural background is helpful but not required
Must be comfortable working outdoors in a dusty environment
Must not have allergies to corn or grain
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work overtime during harvest season
Must wear work boots (over-the-ankle, 50% leather;steel toe not required)
