GTAs, GRAs, and GSAs assist faculty who are active in teaching and research in graduate programs with the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). This will include working directly with senior faculty or staff members. This position is open only to graduate students accepted to and enrolled full time in a CAS graduate program at UAA.
This is a labor pool from which the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) will draw when graduate student assistants are needed to support program needs. The departments seeking graduate students are Anthropology, Biological Sciences, Geological Sciences, and Psychology. The student positions may be part or full time.
To thrive in this role graduate students must have a desire to continue to learn, be reliable, responsible, and work well with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required. Must be a graduate student accepted to and enrolled full time in the UAA College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) graduate program for which they are seeking to work.
