Orientation, Onboarding & Training
You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an RN is 7-9 weeks, however is individualized according to your needs and experience.
Collaborates with the Hospice Clinical Manager and/or Peer Mentor to provide, coordinate, and direct the application of competent hospice nursing services and case management processes according to the assigned patient's individualized plan of care and care center policies and procedures.
