In this role, you'll build on your early experience, get hands‑on with meaningful projects, and work alongside a team that's invested in helping you grow.What you'll doSupport the design of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systemsPrepare plans, calculations, and technical reportsContribute to facility layouts for treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systemsCollaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical teamsParticipate in site visits, inspections, and construction supportGain exposure to projects from concept through constructionWhat we're looking forBS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on water and/or wastewater treatment and infrastructure designEmerging professional with 2‑4 years of experience and an EIT certificationWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to apply effective written and verbal communication skills when preparing technical reports, specifications, and participating in project team discussions, and interacting with clients and contractorsAbility to work outdoors, including walking and climbing over rough terrain while carrying up to 40 pounds and/or standing for extended periods of timeAbility to travel as needed for construction administration, team meetings, client consultations, site inspections/visits; occasional overnight travel may be requiredMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAdvantageous qualificationsPrevious experience and progressive responsibilities associated with developing construction documentation for municipal or industrial water/wastewater infrastructure or facilities projectsPrevious training or experience with ArcMap, XPSWWM, SewerCAD, HydroCAD, WaterCAD and/or RevitPrevious experience conducting on‑site inspections and construction observations or performing surveying responsibilities, including operation of instruments, recording and interpreting data, and stakingCompensation & benefitsThe listed salary range reflects base pay for candidates with 2‑4 years of related experience. Compensation is determined based on technical skills, experience level, and qualifications. Candidates with more experience or different compensation expectations are encouraged to apply.
