The 2025-2026 Graduate Assistant - Volunteer Engagement & Philanthropy (Part Time) position is based in South Orange.
Responsibilities include managing and supervising Digital Engagement Center initiatives, coordinating Student Alumni Association activities, planning programs for the 1856 Student Society, supporting stewardship efforts through leadership giving, assisting with prospect cultivation, and facilitating communication and reporting for the Alumni Board of Directors.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, current enrollment in graduate studies, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working with students, alumni, and donors.
Desired skills are proficiency in Microsoft Office, AP writing, customer service, event planning, and data entry.
