Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help to maintain organization of the office
Maintain SPSS database
Maintain student clinical and academic flies
Filing and copying as needed
Bulletin Board upkeep
Sort and distribute mail
Help with special projects as needed by Office Manager or other PsyD faculty
Aid in Colloquia/special events - from room reservations, to media set up requests, etc. as needed.
Assist visitors to suite with directions, etc.
Help set up files for in-coming cohort
Maintain student mailboxes by adding and deleting names as necessary, putting paperwork in boxes as needed
All other duties as assigned (APA Self Study, Program Director needs, DCT needs)
Requirements:
Open to Psy.D. students; Psy.D first-year student may also apply
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Good listening skills, with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Capacity to be resourceful and to take initiative and problem solve
Ability to work with limited supervision
